For PE we worked in the weight room. The following activities I did were:
Preacher Curls- 3 sets of 10 reps
Hammer Curls-3 sets of 10 reps
Standing biceps cable curl- 3 sets of 8 reps
Triceps push down- 3 sets of 12 reps
Triceps extensions- 3 sets of 10 reps
20 minutes in the bicycles
