Gym day

For PE we worked in the weight room. The following activities I did were:
Preacher Curls- 3 sets of 10 reps
Hammer Curls-3 sets of 10 reps
Standing biceps cable curl- 3 sets of 8 reps
Triceps push down- 3 sets of 12 reps
Triceps extensions- 3 sets of  10 reps
20 minutes in the bicycles

Why did you take the co-op? I am interested in studying kinesiology after high school.
What are your plans for next year? I am planning to  become a physical therapist.
What activities do you like to do outside of school? I usually go to YMCA to workout.
Have you done any fitness activities over the summer? During the summer while I was camping I went hiking and canoeing. 
What are your fitness goals for the semester? My goal for the semester is to try my best to do good cardio and to stay healthy
